The gaffers reaction - Yeovil Town (H)
Moore told www.tranmererovers.co.uk after the game:
'We never got going. I can't really put my finger on it as to why but possibly it was down to nerves.
'We were not positive enough. We had just one real shot in the first half. We tried to lift the tempo in the second period but never really improved. I was just so pleased to get that goal with a wonderful strike from Kay. It was a hell of a finish. At 1-0 down we were snookered.
'There were a lot of tired legs and tired minds out there but I cannot criticise the players at the end of a long campaign. We could easily have lost but we have given ourselves a chance.
'We've now got 90 minutes to go to Scunthorpe and win. I'm sure we'll take a great following, there will be a great atmosphere and hopefully we can do it.'
