Loanees Almost All Set To Depart

Manager Ronnie Moore has revealed that five or our six loanees are guaranteed to return to their parent clubs.

He does however hope that he can extend the loan spell of Liverpool's Kris Peterson.

Speaking to the Official Site Moore explained that Ryan Edwards had already returned to Blackburn Rovers following injury for treatment, and Liam Ridehalgh has played his last game against Sheffield Rovers as he's not eligible for the Wolverhampton Wanderers game having been officially called back by parent club Huddersfield Town.

As for Jim McNulty, he has come down with an illness so he's set to return to Barnsley.

'Chris Atkinson will go back because we need to move on and bring a player in in a different area.'

Jon Otsemobor is also injured so he'll be returning as well, but on that score Moore is open to reassessing the situation when he returns to fitness.

As for Peterson, we are apparently in discussions over extending his loan spell and that does look possible, so if it comes off, Moore knows it gives him freedom to maybe bring in another four players but his problem again is we need some experience and that isn't available, mostly it's young players and that's always hit and miss.

We'll soon know won't we.
