Goodison Out For 4-6 Weeks

Tranmere have confirmed that defender Ian Goodison will now be out of action until the New Year following his injury against Colchester last weekend.

The defender was one of a number of players who needed treatment on Saturday, but he will now miss the festive period as he's expected to be out for between four to six weeks with a fresh thigh injury, hopefully it will also allow him to clear up the groin injury he's been suffering from as well.

As for the other walking wounded from the game, Ronnie Moore explained that Jon Otsemobor was very stiff following the game but he feels his bruised back will be ok for the weekend because he should just need rest.

Jean-Louis also had eight stitches in his head but he's fine other wise. Wallace also had four stitches under his eye when he came off as well.

Hopefully as things stand, only Goodison is guaranteed to miss our next match.
