Moore Pleased With Training Return

Ronnie Moore has said he's pleased with the start the players have made as they returned to training, but he still hopes to add a few more faces before the season begins.

Speaking to the Official Site the gaffer said.

'Training is going really well so far. The players have all come back fit so we had the balls out on the first day which has never been known. I can't ask for any more from them.'

As for the new players already added to the squad Moore says they are settling in well and he believes they will compliment the squad both on and off the pitch in the coming season.

'We're still low on numbers and trying our hardest to bring players in but one or two of the demands players are making are ridiculous. Thre's time to add to that. We've got some trialists to look at.'

News has been quiet about Fon Williams of late, but he has returned to pre season training with the rest of the lads and Moore is hopeful that given he loves it here a deal will be done shortly, especially as he's already turned down some offers saying he wants to remain.
