'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Moore Talks Transfers

Ronnie Moore has said that he's spoken to a number of players about joining the club in readiness for next season but he thinks fans will have to be patient.

Speaking to the Official Site Moore said that he'd spoken to a couple of centre backs who were regulars in the Championship last season as well as left backs, midfielders and strikers.

'It's a waiting game at the moment. It's early in the summer and a lot of players and agents are on holiday and keeping their options open.'

Moore adds that once players return to training things should start happening properly because we'll be taking players on trial and assessing them that way to see how they fit with the club and playing staff.

He's also not just looking at permanent deals, he says he's already spoken to a number of clubs about the potential for some season long loans.
