Wallace joins Tranmere
James Wallace is a player that Tranmere had been hoping to sign and they now have after a deal was agreed with Everton.
A highly impressive loan spell at Prenton Park at the tail end of last season made Ronnie Moore very keen to sign the 20-year-old and an undisclosed fee has managed to see Rovers sign him on a two-year contract.
Not only has the England youth international midfielder, who Moore feels sure will one day return to play in the top-flight, returned to Tranmere on a permanent basis he could well be installed as the new captain?
